TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Nature’s Nursery cares for thousands of injured, sick and orphaned wild animals every year. Making sure they all have the specialized food they need is expensive, but there’s a project that’s saving money and providing plenty of fresh produce for the animals.
The Waterville wildlife center is saving a lot of green by growing its own greens. And there’s a new space designed to help them with that work, naturally. Nature’s Nursery is always a busy place.
