TOLEDO, Ohio — In recognition of National HIV Testing Day, University of Toledo Health will provide free and confidential rapid HIV and syphilis testing at the Monroe Street Walgreens location later this month.
The testing clinic will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, at the Walgreens located at 4580 Monroe Street. No appointment is required, according to organizers.
Medical professionals from the UToledo Health Care Clinic will administer the tests in a private area of the pharmacy using a simple finger-prick method, according to a press release outlining the event.
