CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office chief inspector of internal affairs was fired following an internal investigation into allegations of unbecoming conduct and harassment.
Capt. Ryan Kelly was officially terminated on June 8 from his position within the agency’s Office of Professional Standards, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
