NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WPTA) – Drivers near the intersection of S.R. 930 and Maplecrest Road in New Haven will soon see a new traffic pattern known as the “Quadrant Roadway,” which the Indiana Department of Transportation says is scheduled to open after the Fourth of July weekend.
Some drivers have expressed skepticism online about how the change will work. INDOT says the goal is to improve traffic flow and safety at the intersection.
Right now, drivers can make left turns at S.R. 930 and Maplecrest. Once the quadrant roadway is up and running, signs will reroute drivers to use a connector road and two other signalized intersections…
