HORRY COUNTY, SC – Neighbors who use the Enterprise Landing boat ramp say they have been frustrated by the dock’s closure following a tugboat collision in early May.
Simon Dumont said he has been waiting about a month now to put his boat in the water and planned to go out because of cooler conditions.
