A Pennsylvania woman’s ordinary afternoon of running errands turned into a devastating nightmare when she returned home to find her husband covered in blood and stab wounds — and a trail leading directly to where her own son spent most of his time.
Alhaji Buhari, 69, was found suffering from multiple stab wounds to his face, neck, and chest inside the family’s home on Arnoni Drive in Allegheny County. Emergency responders arrived at approximately 4 p.m. following a 911 call reporting an unresponsive man at the residence. Despite their efforts, Alhaji Buhari was pronounced dead at the scene.
His wife, who had just returned from errands, discovered him in a blood-soaked condition. Investigators noted that two knives were found on a nearby counter, and visible blood trails stretched toward the basement — an area where the couple’s son, 42-year-old Kabir Buhari, reportedly spent a significant amount of his time.
