ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) — The Isle of Palms Police Department is expecting 70,000 people to head to the beach over the holiday weekend.
Law enforcement brings in the full staff for the 4th of July weekend, along with partners from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office to help manage traffic and crowds, and the Charleston County rescue squad to help Isle of Palms firefighters with beach safety.
