Rochester man accused of setting fire to woman’s belongings

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 31-year-old Rochester man is accused of setting a fire at a Watertown woman’s apartment.

The Watertown Police Department charged Leeson Washington with arson, grand larceny, and criminal mischief after allegedly setting a fire last month at his girlfriend’s Arlington Street apartment.
