PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — With periods of heavy rainfall and potential flooding in the forecast across Southern New England, 12 News is tracking the developing conditions.
A Flood Watch is in effect for all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts through 2 p.m. Tuesday. The heaviest of the rainfall is expected to be Monday night into Tuesday morning.
