EL RENO, Okla. — Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturer of wood coating solutions, has acquired Industrial Coating Solutions (ICS) in Vancouver, Washington.
ICS is an industrial wood coatings distributor, incorporated in 2007 with a mission to help customers make wood finishing profitable. Known for incorporating European products and applications into large, automated finish lines, ICS was also an early adopter of water-based systems and continues to specialize in them today.
