HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Madison County man has filed a lawsuit against a Huntsville police officer and the City of Huntsville, alleging he suffered injuries after a police cruiser struck his vehicle in Owens Cross Roads last year.
According to the complaint filed Monday, the crash happened Jan. 28, 2025, at the intersection of Taylor Lane and U.S. 431.
