CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A second man has been arrested and charged in connection to a drive-by shooting at an apartment complex in Chattanooga that injured a bystander.
An affidavit says Solomon Crutcher and Ka’yun Green fired at each other outside an apartment complex back in April, and one of the rounds struck a bystander.
No one else was injured during the gunfire…
