CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Twenty-six new firefighters are officially on the job and ready to answer Chattanooga’s next emergency call.
The Chattanooga Fire Department celebrated the graduation of its newest recruit class Thursday night after the cadets completed a demanding six-month fire academy.
The graduates will now begin serving at the department’s 20 fire stations across the city.
