The upcoming Mockingbird Ridge was officially acquired in two separate transactions totaling $20,000,000 on June 30. The seller for both transactions was 42nd Street Flyover, LLC, a Hialeah-based corporate entity registered to John J. Brunetti, Jr.
The acreage was divided between two separate corporate buyers on the same day, with the largest portion going to Mockingbird Ridge LLC for $12,500,000.
