PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A “series of indecent exposure incidents” in Longview has sparked an investigation.
Residents have reported several instances of indecent exposure over the past several months, the Longview Police Department announced on Thursday. The agency’s Criminal Investigations Unit is now looking into whether all of the incidents involve the same individual.
