A missing elderly man with dementia has been found dead more than 10 days after he wandered from his home in Warren, Massachusetts.
The Warren Fire Department announced that Elliot Blackwell had been located around 3:22 p.m. Sunday by a K9 search and rescue team, and tragically pronounced dead. Teams had been searching for the 91-year-old since he left his Cutler Road home on Wednesday, July 8. Police said at the time they believed he may had gone walking in the woods behind his house.
