FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Smart glasses are not allowed inside Me-n-Ed’s restaurants in order to keep guests comfortable and to protect their privacy.
A member of the YourCentralValley team was at a Me-n-Ed’s at Maple and Behymer avenues on Sunday when they noticed a sign posted in the restaurant. The sign read in bold, “smart glasses are not permitted inside our restaurant.”
The smaller text on the sign explains that this is to protect the privacy of guests and make sure they are comfortable.
Smart glasses that can record audio or video and other similar recording devices are not allowed in the restaurant. The policy asks guests to remove or power off those devices…
