Committee questions police investigation into death of teen found hanging at Charlotte church

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The Charlotte Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee is asking questions about the death of 16-year-old Juliana Nzita, whose body was found hanging from a tree on church property — even as police say the case is closed.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department ruled the death a suicide.
