SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Attorney’s Office has announced seven convictions for petit theft in the month of July.
They say they secured a total of 24 such convictions in July, with items being recovered or businesses being awarded restitution.
Nicholas Whitton was sentenced to 180 days in the Washoe County Jail on July 1, suspended on the condition he stay away from Walmart, complete eight hours of community service and obey all laws. Police say Whitton stole from the Walmart on June 8…
