Northern Nevada Public Health is holding its final back-to-school vaccine clinic this Saturday, giving students another opportunity to receive school-required and recommended vaccinations before classes begin in Washoe County.
The clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the main NNPH clinic location at 1001 E. 9th St., Building B, in Reno. Public health nurses will provide vaccinations for students ages 4 to 18.
Appointments are available and encouraged, though walk-ins will be accepted on a limited basis. Parents and guardians attending with a child must bring a photo ID, the child’s insurance card if available, and vaccination records if the child received vaccines outside Nevada or the United States…
