According to Iredell County court records, Elizabeth Anne Snowman, 36, has been fired by the Mooresville Police Department and charged with misdemeanor computer access after allegedly using the Flock database without authorization to obtain information about a person’s vehicle.
Investigators say the search was unrelated to Snowman’s official law enforcement duties and violated North Carolina’s law governing unauthorized computer access.
The alleged offense occurred on Aug. 5 in Iredell County. Court records state Snowman accessed the Flock system to retrieve vehicle information for reasons unrelated to an active investigation. Authorities have not identified the vehicle owner or disclosed what information was accessed…
