MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – An accused car thief has been rebooked on new charges weeks after he allegedly led law enforcement on a chase through Memphis in a stolen car.
According to the arrest affidavit, the stolen vehicle was believed to be involved in approximately 100 auto burglaries/thefts throughout Shelby County.
Bryson Clay, 18, was initially charged with vehicle theft when troopers captured him. He was released the same day on a $15,000 bond.
