PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Students at West Riviera Elementary are walking into a transformed campus Monday as the new school year begins.
The School District of Palm Beach County gave CBS12 News a first look inside the newly modernized school at 1057 W. Sixth St. in Riviera Beach. The campus replaces a school that had served the community since 1966.The $52 million project took about two years to build, following roughly a year and a half of design work, according to David Dolan, the district’s chief of facilities management.
