BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A boy was injured after he accidentally shot himself in the hand on Friday, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Officers were called around 4 p.m. to Baton Rouge General Mid-City for a child with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, BRPD said. As the investigation unfolded, investigators determined the incident took place on North Street.
