EDWARDSVILLE — Two men, including an Alton man already on pre-trial release in multiple felony cases, were charged with possessing a stolen vehicle after a high-speed chase in Madison County in late July.
A 32-year-old Granite City man and a 25-year-old Alton man were each charged Aug. 5 with offenses related to motor vehicles, a Class 2 felony.
