TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Camden Street home that had drawn complaints from neighbors for more than a decade has been demolished, with the Lucas County Land Bank confirming the project is complete as of last week.
A neighbor raised concerns in 2023 about rodents, squatters and graffiti at the abandoned property. When a follow-up visit was made in March of this year, the back of the home had caved in. At that time, the neighbor said she would move if the house was not torn down.
