ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A homeless man faces felony charges after police said he stabbed a man in the face near the Columbus Square neighborhood last week.
Al Spencer, 62, faces charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action after an incident that took place in a parking lot near North 14th Street and Cass Avenue on Aug. 6, according to court records.
