BATON ROUGE — Two men were arrested for pretending to be law enforcement and stealing a dump truck at gunpoint, according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened around 12:58 p.m. Wednesday near North Flannery Road at Shamrock Drive.
