NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The City of New Orleans has opened a code enforcement case into a blighted building along I-10 after Fox 8 reached out about the city’s strategy for the building.
Code enforcement records show the case was opened Thursday (Aug. 13) into 4300 Howard Avenue.
City records show it is a “minimum property maintenance” case, but the city has not listed any violations…
