ALLENTOWN, LEHIGH COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — After serving for nearly three decades, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office announced their longest serving attorney has died.
District Attorney James B. Martin’s death was announced Saturday, Aug. 15, after serving a total of 26 years in office. He died of natural causes, according to the announcement.

According to the release, Martin spent the majority of his career in public service, and helped develop a number of initiatives.
