ST. LOUIS – Thousands are without power Monday morning after heavy rain swept through the St. Louis region late Sunday night.
As of 6:25 a.m. Monday, Ameren reports that nearly than 5,300 customers are without service in Missouri, including more than 3,000 in St. Louis County, and more than 700 in St. Louis city and Franklin County.
Residents in Illinois are also experiencing outages, with nearly 400 residents without power in St. Clair County Monday morning.
