EDWARDSVILLE — The suspect in the July 26 shooting death of another man with an automatic weapon was indicted last week.
Davondrea L. Williams, 22, originally listed as living in Madison but now showing a Fairview, Illinois, address, was indicted by a Madison County grand jury Aug. 13 in the shooting death of Ceontae D. Matthews, 34, of Pontoon Beach.
Williams was indicted for two counts of first-degree murder, both Class M felonies; unlawful use of weapons — machine gun, a Class 2 felony; and felon in possession of a weapon, a Class 3 felony…
