ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A teenager is dead after being hit by a car while cycling near the Old Glenn Highway last week, according to the Anchorage Police Department.
Family members confirmed with Alaska’s News Source on Monday that the victim was 15-year-old Mason Stiglich.
