BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Hundreds of people ran in different directions during a stampede on West Chimes Street outside LSU’s campus Monday night, the incident was captured by surveillance cameras.
Cars were stuck in the center of the crowded street as the crowd scattered, video shows.
Resident speaks out on massive crowds
Joe Wolf lives on West Chimes Street and said Monday night the crowd began to boil over as it became larger.
