BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A proposed $20 million initiative aimed at transforming the Plank Road corridor is gaining attention as North Baton Rouge continues to see new investment.
East Baton Rouge Metro Councilman Darryl Hurst is proposing the Revive Plank Road initiative, a multi-part plan focused on business investment, public safety and exterior improvements along the historic corridor.
