Richmond, Virginia – Dogs belong inside their kennels, not on top! When Virginia’s Richmond Animal Care & Control team went in to check on their furry charge, they discovered that their husky had made a break for it. Instead of being in her crate, this escape artist was sitting on top!
“Staff walked in to find Maya casually hanging out like she’d paid rent, having expertly escaped her covered kennel in true husky fashion,” staff from Virginia’s Richmond Animal Care & Control wrote on Facebook last month.
The female dog named Maya had managed to break out of her locked kennel overnight.
“No panic, no destruction. Just a fluffy escape artist reminding everyone that locks are merely puzzles…” they wrote…
