HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Anyone missing a goat again? No kidding, within a month, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office announced that a second stray goat was caught and it’s heading to auction if not claimed.
In a social media post on Aug. 6, the sheriff’s office said Henderson County Animal Enforcement picked up a male black goat in Black Mountain. The owner was given a 72-hour warning to call the sheriff’s office before the goat’s scheduled auction on Aug. 18.
