- 16 (Pf) Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Wash, rinse, sanitize routinely. Reference 4-601.11. ICE MACHINE STILL NEEDS TO BE FULLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED. ESTABLISHMENT NOT ALLOWED TO USE ICE FROM MACHINE. ENSURE CLEANING PER MANUFACTOR DIRECTIONS. VISIBLE ACCESS NEEDED AT FOLLOW-UP. HOSES SHALL BE CLEANED/REPLACED. - 47 (C) Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 & 4-2. Cooler to maintain food temperature of 41 degrees or below. Freezer to maintain temperature where food is solid to touch. Hot holding units to maintain hot holding food above 135 degrees or above. Reference 4-501.11 (A). REACH IN COOLER NOT MAINTAINING A TEMPERATURE OF 41F OR BELOW. NO TCS FOOD ITEMS BEING STORED AT THE MOMENT. REPAIR OR REPLACE.
- 55 (C) The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment. This includes equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. Reference 6-501.114. GET RID OF UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT IN THE BACK. 55 (C) [Floors, Walls and Ceilings] were found in a state of disrepair, or not to be smooth and easily cleanable. - 51 ( C) Plumbing needs repair. Repair according to Illinois and local plumbing code. Reference 5-205.15. EMPLOYEE TOILET IS CLOGGED AND PLUMBING COMPANY IS SCHEDULED TO COME OUT TODAY.

- 47 (C) Gaskets on the cooler door are cracked or missing. Replace the damaged or missing gaskets. Reference 4-501.11. GASKETS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ON MOST COOLERS. GASKETS IS ON BACK ORDER FOR TACO COOLER.
Corner Market- Granite City
- 38 (C) Exterior door allows access for pests. Exterior doors shall be: 1) self-closing, 2) solid and tight fitting, 3) limited to designed use. Reference 6-202.15. 38 (Pf) The premises shall be maintained free of insects, rodents and other pests. Reference 6-501.111. FRONT DOOR HAS GAP UNDERNEATH. MOUSE FOUND ON GLUE TRAP AND SMALL ROACH ON RESTROOM SINK. FOLLOW UP ON 8/31.
