Casa Juani, a new Spanish restaurant on Boulder’s Pearl Street, is one of the top new eateries to watch not only in Colorado but the U.S.Well, that’s according to Bon Appétit Magazine.
The acclaimed food magazine named the Boulder restaurant as one of the “19 Best New Restaurants in America” and was the only Colorado restaurant on the list. The review said the restaurant was “all heart.”
