GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — One person died in a crash involving a tree in the Eastown area Monday night, police say.
It happened around 11 p.m. near the intersection of Plymouth Road SE and Robinson Road SE, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department. Police were called to the scene for a report of a car that had crashed into a tree. Arriving officers gave the person first aid but they died at the scene.
