Police: Driver with 5 prior DUI arrests repeatedly crossed center line before refusing blood test in East Rockhill

An East Rockhill Township man faces felony fleeing and DUI charges after allegedly crossing repeatedly into opposing traffic lanes and continuing to his home despite an officer attempting to stop him.

David Allen Zerby, 52, was charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude police and misdemeanor DUI, along with summary counts of disregarding a traffic lane and making an improper left turn, according to the affidavit.

The charges stem from an incident shortly after 10:10 p.m. Aug. 14, 2026 when a Pennridge Regional Police officer saw a white GMC pickup leave the rear driveway of The Country Place Restaurant and Top of the Hill Auto Repair near Ridge Road and Route 313, according to the affidavit…
