Muscogee County Superior Court judge grants immunity to two Columbus police officers

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A Muscogee County Superior Court judge has granted immunity to two Columbus police officers for a February 2024 officer-involved shooting.

Columbus Police Cpl. Kenneth Rammage and Officer Xavier Perez fired 28 rounds into a car driven by Jermaine Hernandez.
