ST. LOUIS – A bloody railing on an interstate overpass led St. Louis police to discover a murder-suicide in south city on Monday.
According to Sgt. Sean Mazzola, a spokesman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident began as an accident investigation.
