EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – A fatal accident on the Eads Bridge last week has drawn attention to damaged safety features on the road.
A Metro East woman, Tourrie Frazier, died in a car wreck on the bridge last Wednesday night. East St. Louis authorities say it appears she hit the median, but they do not know yet what caused the accident.
