NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A homicide investigation is underway after a person was found shot-to-death inside a vehicle in New Orleans East on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
According to the NOPD, officers responded to the scene in the 5700 block of Crowder Boulevard around 12:53 p.m.
