Washington Attorney General Nick Brown is suing the U.S. Postal Service. The suit is part of a multi-state coalition that challenges USPS’s recent mail-in voting rule.
The rule is a response to an executive order that President Trump issued in March. It requires states to register eligible voters with USPS. The Postal Service has said it will not deliver mail ballots to people not on these eligibility lists.
