TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Ryan Conneilies’ family found the 20-year-old’s body Monday in an alley near Fearing and Dunham. Now, they have questions about how Toledo police responded in the hours before.
Conneilies’ mother did not want to go on camera, but showed 13 Action News her phone, which showed an outgoing call from her home in Michigan to 911 at 2:20 that morning.
She said she told Toledo police she had just received a call from an unknown person telling her Ryan had been shot. She said she gave police the location of his phone, but they later told her they searched the area and didn’t find anything…
