BERNALILLO — A woman known for starting several programs in the Sandoval County Fire and Rescue Department is retiring after 21 years.
Capt. Shannon Farrell was celebrated Aug. 26 during a regular Sandoval County Commission meeting as she will retire Sept. 1.
