SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the owner of nine cows found blocking a rural intersection last week, warning that the livestock will be sold at auction if not claimed within 10 days.
The cattle were creating a traffic hazard at the intersection of Rodessa/Ida Road and Buffalo Road on Thursday, August 28, 2026, according to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.
