Residents across Port Richmond, Fishtown, Kensington, and other lower Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods face a second consecutive day of dangerous weather, according to Philadelphia Patch, which reports that scattered thunderstorms are possible throughout Wednesday and into Wednesday night.
The National Weather Service said the storms could linger well into the overnight hours.
